Troubleshooting

I’ve forgotten my passcode.

For your security, the developer cannot recover your passcode or access your content. If you can’t remember it, the only way to regain access is to reset the app and set a new passcode. Warning: resetting deletes all content stored in the app.

Restore purchases isn’t working.

Ensure you’re signed into the correct Apple ID on your device and you have a stable internet connection. In the app, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. If issues persist, try restarting your device and the app, then attempt again.

Where is my data stored?

All app content is stored locally on your device. The developer does not have access to your data.

How do I delete my data?

Open the app and remove items from within the app UI. You can also delete all app data by deleting the app from your device (press and hold the app icon → Remove AppDelete App).

FAQs

How do I cancel the subscription?

Open the App Store → Account → Subscriptions → select CalcVault to cancel or change plans. Apple manages all billing.

Will uninstalling the app cancel my subscription?

No. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel via your Apple ID subscription settings.

How do I contact the developer?

Email hello@jamesleist.com.
